Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of tarboushmoroccotours.com and the tours we arrange for you. By booking through us you accept them, so please read them before you pay anything.
How Booking Works
Tarboush Morocco Tours, based in Marrakech, Morocco, designs the itineraries you see on this site and is your point of contact throughout. Tours are operated and invoiced by our licensed partner travel agency in Morocco. Before you pay anything, we confirm in writing who you are contracting with, the full price, and the cancellation terms that apply to your booking.
Reach us on +212 661 190 826 or at contact@tarboushmoroccotours.com.
Booking and Payment
Prices shown on this site are per person in USD and are indicative until we confirm them in writing for your dates and group size. A tour is booked only when we send you a written confirmation — not when you submit the enquiry form.
A deposit secures your booking. Its amount, the payment method, and the due date for the balance are set out in your written confirmation before you pay. If the balance is not paid by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled by you, under the cancellation policy.
You pay any bank transfer fees, card charges and currency conversion costs applied by your own bank; these never reach us. Once confirmed in writing, your price will not change, except where a government introduces or increases a tax or fee applying to your tour, in which case we will show you the official source of the increase.
What Is and Is Not Included
Each tour page lists what is included and what is not. Unless expressly stated, international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, drinks and gratuities are not included.
Travel Insurance Is Required
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of booking. It must cover, as a minimum, medical treatment and repatriation, trip cancellation and curtailment, and — for any tour involving trekking, camel riding, quad biking or a balloon flight — the specific activities on your itinerary and the maximum altitude reached. We may ask to see your policy details and may refuse participation without them, with no refund.
Passports, Visas and Health
You are responsible for holding a passport valid for the period required by Moroccan authorities, for obtaining any visa you need, and for meeting entry health requirements. Requirements depend on your nationality and change; check with the Moroccan consulate for your country. We cannot refund a tour missed because you were refused entry or boarding.
Your Responsibilities on Tour
You agree to follow the reasonable safety instructions of your guide and driver, to respect local law and custom, and not to behave in a way that endangers or seriously disrupts others. Morocco is a Muslim country and modest dress is expected at religious sites and in rural areas.
If your behaviour makes it unreasonable to continue, we may end your tour immediately, without refund, and you will be responsible for your own onward arrangements and for any damage you cause.
You must tell us before booking about any medical condition, disability, dietary requirement or pregnancy that could affect your participation or safety, so that we can tell you honestly whether the itinerary suits you.
Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk
Our tours take place in mountains, deserts and on the ocean, on roads and tracks that are not those of a European city. Trekking, summiting Toubkal, riding camels, quad biking, surfing and balloon flights carry risks that cannot be eliminated: altitude, heat, uneven ground, animal behaviour, weather, and distance from medical facilities.
You confirm that you have judged your own fitness against the itinerary, that you take part voluntarily, and that you accept these inherent risks. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for our own negligence.
Changes to Your Itinerary
Itineraries are a plan, not a guarantee of a precise sequence. We may make minor changes — the order of visits, an equivalent hotel of the same standard — without liability, and we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can.
A significant change is one that materially alters the tour: a different region, a reduction in duration, or a drop in accommodation standard. If we make one before departure, you may accept it, take an alternative tour of equivalent standard, or cancel with a full refund of what you have paid us.
Your guide may alter a route or cancel an activity where weather, road conditions, or safety require it. Where possible we substitute something of similar value.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, date changes, refunds and events outside our control are governed by our cancellation and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for arranging your tour with reasonable skill and care, and for the acts of the suppliers we choose in performing it.
We are not responsible for services you arrange yourself, for international flights, or for loss caused by an event outside our reasonable control or by your own failure to follow safety instructions or to meet entry requirements.
Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or of fraud — for which we do not limit our liability — the total amount we can be required to pay you in connection with a booking is limited to the price you paid for that tour. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as missed connections beyond the tour or lost earnings.
Complaints
Raise any problem with your guide or driver during the tour, so that it can be fixed while you are still there. If it is not resolved, write to us within 28 days of returning and we will reply within 30 days.
This Website
The text, photographs and itineraries on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission. Photographs are representative of the experience; the exact rooms, vehicles and views you receive may differ.
Reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a promise of your own. We link to sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or never interrupted. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel at no cost.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
Disputes
Our services are provided from Morocco. The written confirmation for your booking states which law governs it. If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
Before starting proceedings, both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter directly.
General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version that governs your booking is the one published when we sent your written confirmation, and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a material change affecting future bookings.
